Statutory Requirement
The two mandatory annual filings for every Indian LLP
Every Limited Liability Partnership registered in India must complete two statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies each year:
1. Form 11 (Annual Return): Must be filed within 60 days of financial year end (on or before May 30th). It contains a complete summary of partners, designated partners, total contributions, and penalties imposed, if any.
2. Form 8 (Statement of Accounts & Solvency): Must be filed within 30 days of 6 months from the closure of the financial year (on or before October 30th). It contains a declaration of solvency by the designated partners and a statement of assets, liabilities, and income.
Failing to file either form attracts a statutory penalty of ₹100 per day per form with no upper limit. VIDURA ensures that both filings are prepared, reviewed, digitally certified, and submitted well ahead of statutory cutoffs.
